COACH & TEAM OFFICIAL CODE OF CONDUCT

Coaches and team officials are expected to:

● Treat every player fairly and respectfully.

● Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

● Avoid discrimination, bullying, humiliation or inappropriate behaviour.

● Follow ESCT tournament rules and official procedures.

● Prioritise the safety and wellbeing of players.

● Communicate appropriately with players and parents/guardians.

● Respect match officials and tournament management.

● Report serious disciplinary or safety concerns to ESCT management.
